I gave it 4 star because I really wanted it for dark marks on my legs which it did not work for. But it did wonders on my nails and hair. I just cut it open and put it on my scalp and cuticles. I used to use Miracle Foot Repair cream everyday t o my cracked feet. And now I mixed with Cetaphil, and applied on my cracked feet, and it resulted in smooth and nicer skin.
