Amazing!These are the BEST insoles while adding height and comfort for those with flat feet or have worn high heels all their lives and cannot wear flat shoes comfortably or have sensitive spots. I have all of thee above problems and hav tried the heel lift inserts several kind from amazon ( none worked well THEY ALL MOVE FORWARD in the shoe soooo annoying and waste of money and effort) . So for my very flat boots like Minnetonka the 3c,m work very well and for my boots with a inch or so heel the 2.5cm work better. But plz note these do take up space in your boot/Shoe so if you bought shoes leaning larger because u typically use a insole anyway should work fine or if they are suede or leather that u can stretch where needed fine but just be warned a little extra room is needed for these to fit and feel comfortable. They are trim to size which is great because some shoes run wider etc. honestly these have changed my life i have bought several pair of each height out of fear that they will sell out! However, after spending 12+ hours straight on my feet in these, I think they actually made my shoes MORE comfortable, aside from just adding a touch of height.The one drawback is that they almost assuredly won t be as comfortable for people with larger feet. They fit perfectly in my size 10 shoes without trimming them down. But if you wear shoes much bigger than that, they may be too short and feel odd in the toe area. These are too long, the metatarsal part of my feet come to the arch. No way to cut that to fit. Also kind of narrow for my husband's slender feet. Nice padding. I am flat footed and I always put heel insoles in my shoes. I ordered the 1.5 and 2.5cm insoles. I have been wearing these in my athletic shoes for three days now and I can't say enough just how much I love them. They are so comfortable and help absorb shock and reduce stress on my feet and back. I like the mesh that wicks away moisture from my feet and keeps them dry. I especially like the honeycomb feature and that's one big reason I wanted to try these and I'm sure glad I did. They are super lightweight and you can just cut to the size you need. I always order my shoes a half size larger in order to provide adequate room for my insoles. The thicker ones I cut down shorter since I actually only wanted heel insoles. I have pain in my legs and the cushioning helps reduce impact on my muscles. These really help if I am standing for a long period of time. These insoles are durable and high quality. I will be ordering more as I know they will last. Also, if you want to look at little taller, you can't go wrong with these. 5Just as I expectedSo I wanted height increasing shoes for normal daily use at work etc but there are hardly any really comfortable ones, especially for me who recently had a sports knee injury. So I got one of the latest Nike Air Max shoes AND ordered these Ailaka shock absorbing height increasing insoles at the start of this yr and I have been liking the combination a lot so far. The insoles fit surprisingly well and after few days they feel like part of the shoe. These insoles are great for those that need more shock absorption for longevity of joint strength. I highly recommend for hard surface runners and those who wear boots a lot for work. I do not recommend for those who like tight, minimalist running shoes or run on their toes. 5Wasn't right for me but my friend really likes it.When I received this product I was a little surprised at how dense it was. Felt like a rubbery material. I thought it was on the heavier side. Definitely a lot heavier than the sof sole insoles I have.These didn't work for me because of the orthotics I use. I tried it without the orthotics but I found I did not like it when I didn't use my orthotics in the shoes.I gave the pair to a friend and she loved them. So that's a positive. I'll ask her how she's finding them now after using them for a couple of weeks. 4Saved me from returning my new boots!These insoles were exactly what I needed. My new fancy Italian boots were too tight around my muscular calves causing bruises. Before I decided to return, I thought I'd try a height increasing insole. Not only did these provide just enough height to make the boot shaft comfortable, but the arch support and added heel padding are an awesome bonus.
