Good for cellists and bakers!Very nice for my problem, lifting, carrying, and playing my cello. Was reminded by the other players that you still have to strengthen your core. Only problem with this thing is that the material is very coarse, but wearing a shirt under it helps.I got the small size as I am quite a small person, but can get it closed most easily by lying down. It is quite small! 4Easy to use and comfortable tooFinally, a back brace that s easy to put on and comfortable too. I d bought two before this one that went on with straps. Then you had to reach around and grab the straps hanging in the back. Which neither brace had long enough ones to reach alone. I m small framed and there was no way I could get them on myself. You either need help with them or you ve got to be a contortionist to use them.
