so far so goodThe item came in very good condition. The seal was on. The pill is not big so it is very easy to swallow. No taste what so ever. I have not have any side effect or negative reaction since i have been taking them. I've always take them during breakfast time. I can not say if there are working or not i have nice skin already. I just take them to maintain my beautiful skin. To me it is a great purchase cause it is very easy to swallow. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who's thinking of taking Zinc supplements.
