Great product!Great product . I love sports. I do cycling and swimming every day and go to the gym the afternoons. I train 3 hours a day and on weekends about 90 km cycling . Since taking L Carnitine I have lost about 5 pounds in body fat and gain muscle. My muscles seems more defined. I look and feel better . Really recommend this product but with exercise and a good nutrition. Nothing works alone . The only reason for the 1 star rating as I can't comment on product inside. 1Four StarsGood stuff! 4
