I just use an arm warmer sleeve over the compression one and it works great. 5Stay away from this overpriced plastic bagThis really is not worth $26. It is also not as described and rather very shoddy. First it is just a baggy and so shoddily made that the company even warns you that you should put it into another baggy for freezing. Second because of this, it is also not a compression sleeve. They just send a cheap piece of cloth that not even down at the ends and just unravels. It looks nothing like the picture. Oh, as far as fit goes. I measured my elbow at 11" and this barely fits. Finally, I submitted 4 photos with this review and none were posted. A shame that they don't want you to see the poor quality of this product. 1Does a great job of making my elbow coldHave used this every day for about 3 months now. Product is holding up well. Does a great job of making my elbow cold, not sliding around, or causing any mess. I throw it right back in the freezer when I am finished, and it is ready for use again in a few hours. 5
