Great product!Got these for my husband who does marathons and triathlons, as well as, coaches cross country. They have helped him stretch out his old muscles so that he can keep up with his youthful students. He loves them! At first I thought I received a dysfunctional set but I didn't realize it was a single ball and a "Peanut". The singe ball is PERFECT for tight back knots! I use it almost daily! The "peanut" is great for legs and lower back pain. I like to use them against a wall, and they are light enough that I can carry them around in my purse. They glide much better than a tennis ball and because they are solid (or at least they feel solid), I find they work out the back knots much better! 5Great For Sciatica!For the past 3 years I've suffered from excruciating sciatic pain. My massage therapist recommended that I use a tennis ball in between my deep tissue massage appointments to help relieve some of my muscle tension. The tennis ball was good but this is even BETTER. Unlike the tennis ball these massage balls keep their shape allowing you to really add pressure to the area you're trying to concentrate on. If you suffer from sciatic pain like I do then I HIGHLY recommend this product! 5Great for hard to reach back painI have chronic muscle pain and tension headaches. I love that I can use these sitting down to target painful muscles between my shoulder blades and upper back. Work great on leg muscles when sitting on the floor. 5A Solid Product Worth BuyingI like this product. You get a peanut and a ball together along with a mesh bag to store them. Both are made of hard rubber that doesn't compress under bodyweight (I weigh 207 lbs.) and both are covered in a textured material that prevents extraneous materials like dust from sticking to them. After you purchase the product, the company sends a link to a PDF user guide.The same covering that makes these less prone to picking up dirt also makes them a bit less grippy than they otherwise would be. For me, both items tend to slip on any type of finished surface I've used so far, meaning highly finished wood floors, walls and tabletops. Otherwise, I've found both of these items very helpful for trigger points in my back and for medial and lateral epicondylltis in both my arms.Be aware that these two items are HARD and they're supposed to be. Don't buy these, whine they're too hard and give them a poor review. Those are the only people who've given this product poor ratings. Disregarding these reviews, as I did, you'll see that this product gets close to five stars, which is one of the reasons I bought it.To close, the only issue I have with these is the tendency to slip that I mentioned earlier. However, that's the only issue I have with it. Otherwise, it's a quality product and one I recommend. 4Well madeThese things are amazing.
