I love these! I got them to put on the ...I love these! I got them to put on the back of my flats and holds them in place now, yay! Thank you! 5Get scrunched down when applying pressure to get shoes on!These petals don't work the way I was expecting them to. I bought them for a lot of my heels that were slipping out when I would take steps. It turns out that when you put them in the back of your heel and then try to put your foot in, your foot will often just push the foot petal down with it. This makes sense since you need the heel to be tight so the petal needs to be able to handle some pressure without caving (which it is unable to do). I've just ended up with these petals at the bottom of my foot instead of securing my heel. I feel like I wasted my money on these because They have not helped my heels one bit. Perhaps in different locations these can be useful but not at the back of the heel. 1No more cuts or blistersI keep band-aids in my purse strictly for new shoes I find to dig in. I put the band-aid on the back of my foot/ankle then once I'm home immediately place one of these in the offending shoe. Once in place, the shoe never digs in again keeping a small space between the very top edge of the shoe and my skin.These hold well and have never had a problem with one peeling up and not staying. You can easily cut them before peeling the plastic off if you need a custom shape. Couldn't work better 5Secures the heel, but doesn't look 100% awesome.I put this on my shoe so that it lines the very top edge of my shoe instead of closer to the sole (you need to put the pad above the ball of your heel to get maximal heel staying-power, and reduced heel slippage). It works great, but my only gripe is that the liner makes the back of my shoe stick out just a hair from my foot because of the pad, and my shoes look a little too big for my feet. I think I'll pass on this for all by my most heel-blistering pumps. 4Great productI had a pair of dress shoes that was just slightly too large. My heel would slide around a little bit when I walked, which caused a blister to form. I put these in the shoes and now they fit perfectly! They fit easily (usually without trimming), they stay stuck on, and they are soft and cushioned so minimize any discomfort. If you have hard to fit heels for any reason, these are terrific. 4
