I bought this product looking for a way to relieve pain in my hands. This set comes with 4 balls, a storage bag and instructions. I found the instructions to be lacking. The booklet indicates there are dots on the product to indicate where to put your fingers & thumb but doesn't state if it is the same positioning for each exercise in the book. There are a couple illustrated exercises where your hand/finger position is different but no explanation on diagram as to where the dots are. There are also diagrams showing pictures of the hand and muscles in the hand but no indication of which of the exercises are beneficial to which muscle of the hand of area you are having issues with. Since that information is useless, it more or less just becomes a set of gel balls with different resistance. 3
