Good Support.I bought this item for support for my abdominal hernia until surgery. Works very well. Only negative is after a couple of weeks it will start to roll and will feel a little uncomfortable. I would recommend this product for short term use. 4GREAT PRODUCTvery good product 5Not as describedBought size Large was for 36-45" measurement. End to end it was 41" and it has to overlap itself a couple of inches, making it effective up to about 39". The sizing is just not even remotely accurate. Useless. 1Great but sizing will get you...L for size 34" waist.It's a great product, breathable and light. I can wear it all day long without any problem. The only struggle that I had with it was the right size. My waist is 33" or 34" and per size guideline, I ordered a small one but did not work. I then ordered a medium, still not luck. Size L worked find for me so take this as a heads up. Besides that, it's a must to have product for people who just had abdominal surgery or just need to have one. I also bought a black one too but this time, ordered a Large Size! 5Size runs smallEven after reading other reviews, I still ended up ordering a size that was too small and had to send it back. The small said it would fit up to a 34" waist. I am a dead on 34" waist and I had to suck in my gut to get the velcro to close. These are not pull over type girdles but wrap around and hold with velcro and are adjustable. The problem is, even though I wanted a tight fit, with it being that tight, the velcro would not hold and no I am not over weight. I re-ordered the medium which is supposed to fit up to a 38" waist.I liked the design of the product that is why I am re-ordering, however since I have not used it long enough to need to wash it, not sure how long it will last before it no longer stays closed like other products I have tried.So basically for now, I am warning about the size. ( Look at the 4 photos to the left of the product description, one of them is a size chart ) My opinion is, if your waist is at the end of the size listed, pick the next size up since it is adjustable. I would say don't get the small unless you have a 32 or less waist. 3Works as advertised.Helps keep my stomach hernia from bulging out. Strong velcro and elastic. Used the size guide they had on the product description, and it fits perfectly. Will see how long it lasts, but for now I am happy with it. 5ITA-MED Ab BinderThe sizing on this NEEDS to be shown on Amazon's website! The binder is okay--it is pretty breathable, but it's also pretty big. I am 6'3", 200 #s, 42-43L, 38W, and it's big on me. He finds it very comfortable. 5Works as advertisedThis product works as advertised. I have a small hernia and my doctor advised me to wear a binder while exercizing. It's reasonably comfortable during exercise. It gets a bit uncomfortable after an hour or so, but Ithink that's to be expected. 5
