no starsThis sleeve was loose on the top to begin with and after wearing 1 time stretched out from the elbow to the top of my arm until it became useless. After contacting the company with no response, twice, I would never ever recommend this product from this company.1Exactly what PT nurse advised me to getIt fit tightly as it's supposed to and while not comfortable, I did get used to it after a couple of hours. I bought and use it exclusively for when I'm flying. Now if only it had a reminder alarm built in to tell me to put it on at the airport upon return, I'd be all set.The elastic/silicon band at the top definitely does prevent slippage. My PT specifically recommended this sleeve so I went with her advice. Buying it on Amazon saved me about $40.4DOESN'T LAST LONG ENOUGHI ve been buying this product for over the past 5 years, I had about 6 sleeves and they don t seem to last long. As recommended by the doctor, I need compression due to arm lymphedema. I thought at first it worked, I used this sleeve daily, the compression is just right for my arm size but I realized over the years, it doesn t give me the result I need, the swelling hasn t been reduced and I still have discomfort. Tho this product seems to be better than any other product for compressing arms, the sleeve material seemed to be holding for just about 5-6 uses. After that, there would be small holes here and there due to pulling. My pulling is careful enough not to damage it (and I don t have long nails) since it is way too expensive for 1 sleeve. But then it gave way after several uses, see the picture of the 2 sleeves that I currently have, I threw away the rest, so I stopped buying this product. I am much happier with the cheap one I got from Walmart for about $4.00, it s just a self-adhering bandage wrap where I can control the compression I need and want on my arm.2Accurate Sizing and although $, they are worth it.Accurate sizing and compression as stated. Both items were too short by 3/4 which made the compression of my arm off. I needed the sleeve for medical purpose. The Amazon customer service representatives totally messed up the returns. They told me I did not need to return them, then they reversed this and told me I needed to return them. , after I had discarded the packaging. I will not order anything from Amazon again.
