Best product EVERIf I could give this more than 5 stars I would. I worked EMS for 15 years. I have a bad back, bad knee and blown out shoulder. This product has saved me. I am able to work as an CMA in a fast paced dr office with little to no pain. I love it. I sing its praises to my all patients and anyone that will listen. Two thumbs up. 5Allergy boosterMy sister and I had allergies to that. Her reaction was really strong having to take it off after a couple of hours. Mine was light but started bothering a lot the next day.I didn't have any reactions with KT tape. 2My favorite kt tape I've used so farMy favorite kt tape I've used so far, it's lightweight and stays in place even when I sweat a lot. 5Pay attention to ur feet love ur feet.Omg yes finally relief and have 50 % relief of my pain. Yes I wear daily days a wk a factory working 13 hrs a day steel toe boots n yes just now getting shots in my feet am I a 100% come on who is why lie be honest yes I live with hrly pain while working so do most of my coworkers n leads so no ur not gonna get instant relief from this without proper help and research a person knows their own body more than a doc. 4Stays On During Exercising!I have tried another brand in the past, and it always fell off during heavy exercising. I tried this brand, and it stays on until YOU take it off. You will be pleased with this tape. Be sure you take it off in the shower, because it needs a little encouragement to come off without tugging at your skin. Follow instructions for applying, and you should be able to go about your normal routine. 5Truly wonderfulMy dr recommended getting Kinesio tape for my plantar fasciitis to heal. I asked at a sporting goods store & they led me to a section & i got something. Turns out there's a big difference between that tape & this tape. I spent about the same, but OK is AMAZING. The store-bought tape seems like painters tape compared to this. I was starting to worry that i was going to have to spend $20 just to get relief.OK stays on after getting wet & everything. I hope they upgrade their name A+ maybe? 5They are stickyMy teenaged daughter's PT recommended taping for her knee pain. We chose OK Tape based on the reviews. The tape is sticky and stayed on a few days until she wanted to take it off. She said it was as supportive as the brand her PT used.Unfortunately, she developed a rash and had to discontinue use. This is not OK Tape's fault, just my highly allergic kid. I would recommend for anyone who uses tape. 5As good as the others out thereI use kinesiology tape daily for running and purchased because it was on sale. I will say the brand OK is kind of a turn off to me. It works well and stays on just as well as it s competitors. I would buy again if it was the cheapest option for my needs. 4Stayed on at least three daysI ordered three different brands to see which one stayed on the longest and this one is the only one that didn t start rolling within two days. 4Pro: it's super sticky. Con: it's SUPER sticky!I bought this because I saw that it can be used to help with baby bump stability and it worked super well. The tape helped pull all the weight up and out to relieve pressure and pain on my hips, groin, and back and bladder. HOWEVER... I will never recommend putting the tape directly into your skin. It stayed tight for over 48 hours which was great but when I went to remove it, it pulled my skin so badly it actually blistered. And before you ask, yes I followed the removal instructions, and used water/baby oil/anything to try and ease the stick. So...just be warned. It works just maybe a little too well. 2
