No GeuxI was really looking forward to this coffee as I love all things New Orleans but I was disappointed with it. It does taste like King s cake. I get the cinnamon and vanilla, however, there is a chemical after taste, I m assuming is the artificial flavor, and it totally changes the experience to something unpleasant. I really wish that PJ s would redo it and try to find an alternative source for the flavoring because I would buy it in a heartbeat!2Love itThis coffee was so good. We love this flavor all year long. It is a little expensive (about $1/K-cup) hence the 4/5 stars.4VERY goodI'm currently on a pecan coffee kick. I have tried this one, New Orleans Roast - Southern Pecan, and the Green Mountain Pecan coffee. In order of preference, I would rate the New Orleans Roast - Southern Pecan #1, PJ's Southern Pecan #2, and Green Mountain pecan #3. The New Orleans roast, to me, seems particularly aromatic, and has a richer flavor. PJ's Southern Pecan is a close runner-up - maybe a bit lighter flavor. Green Mountain seems to me the lightest of all. I prefer very strong coffee, as well as very strong tea. All 3 of these coffee's are excellent, and I would recommend all 3.4Not for me!Too much fake candy-like taste to the coffee.It might satisfy people who enjoy flavored coffee but not those of us who relish good strong coffee.2Pecan CoffeeMY wife bought 2 sample of this coffee it is good.
