Holds up wellThis brand is well made and keeps its shape even after multiple times of wearing them. Others I have tried compressed after a few times. 5Great texture and long-lastingI wasn t sure what size to get, so I got the large as indicated. When it came, it was larger than the one I was replacing, but the texture was a little less firm, so I tried it. After the first day, the shooting pains in my bunion that used to start when I got home from my active job did not occur! It took about a week for my foot to get used to the spacer - towards the end of the day for the first few days it would get very uncomfortable and I d have to remove it. But gradually it became more comfortable, and now I can wear it all day without noticing. It s been at least three weeks and I ve only worn one of the ten, and it shows no damage. I wore it in my biking shoes today too. Very pleased to have such a simple device give such great results. 5Super soft and comfortable!These Gel Orthotics are super soft and comfortable to be worn all day between your large toe. They are so comfortable that you actually do not even know you are wearing it between your toe. Though they stay firmly in place, socks should be worn inside your shoes or boots to keep them from shifting on your foot. 5Soft - Comfortable...When I m in the market to purchase something, I find myself reading through the items reviews before I buy. (Honestly, or should I say sadly, I start with the lowest rated reviews first)... based on the availability of toe separators, I settled on the Povihome 10 Pack Toe Spacers Separators, Bunion Corrector Gel Orthotics (Updated Soft Version) for Bunion, Overlapping Toes - L Size .I am happy I chose this make, size and brand! I had bunion surgery on both my feet. A few weeks post operations, I have started to see my bigs toes lean towards the rest of my little toes... imagine my horror, after enduring the agony/pain of this elective surgery to see imperfection!Well, this product has the feel of soft gummy bears... I usually massage vitamin E oil straight from the capsules unto my scar and toe crease, then place the spacers snugly between my big toe and second toe. They stay in place when I walk around my home barefoot (keep in mind I walk very slowly/carefully due to pain) and I don t feel uncomfortable having them on/in. I also massage my feet with vassaline - lots of it - except for my stitching, I use V-E oil in that area and around the toes, pull my socks on, and I tell you, I don t feel the spacers!Bottom line is, I am very glad I bought them! Hopefully my bones heal with the spacers assisting them, in a straight uniform position!See photos, before spacers, after spacers... I still have a long way more to go before I m completely healed, but for now, these soft jelly like products, keep me straight, well my toes at lease! 5Hoping to maintain toe positionUsing daily to keep space where bunion is and prevent further lean of toe. One area had too much pressure so i easily trimmed that edge and no problem. Comfortable because soft/smooth 5goodThese are good and they don't slip off too easily like a few others I have tried. I have a really bad bunion and would like some spacers that were more wide, for I do wear these horizontally to get a better effect, but it goes back to vertical bc I think that is originally how it is supposed to be used. Overall, these are good. Feet problems are so annoying. I wish some shoes just had spacers built inside, but it would all have to be custom made (and might look "ugly" for women for it does not fit the petite small feet standard of beauty, lame). 4small ones are still huge 1"x1"x 6/8"I will have to cut these in half to put between my toes as even tho I ordered small they are still huge. I would say only good to go next to the big toe. They will work by cutting in half tho..and a very good price. Some came squished the wrong way and haven't regained their shape.. 3These are a great deal!I have a bone spur that makes my big toe slant inward, so i keep a cushion between my toes pretty much 24/7. These are my favorite kind of toe cushions, the kind that are sort of oval shaped and about an inch wide. I was buying Profoot brand, which are about $7 a pair, so this is much more cost effective and they are just the same! 5Finally wide enough to use just oneFinally someone made spacers thick enough. Could do with even *slightly*thicker, but they are the first spacers I felt I didn t have to double. 5AVOID if you have peripheral neuropathyPackaging and product were excellent. However, these are way too wide for me. I tried them anyway, thinking that people must be able to use these or they wouldn't sell them. I forgot about my peripheral neuropathy and ended up stretching my ligaments on my second and third toes which resulted in swelling etc. Still recovering.Not the manufacturer's fault, but beware all the same. 3
