The first Pronex lasted me many yearsI purchased this to replace my old Pronex device. The inflatable bladder was leaking on the old one.Regular size was a bit small but the bladder fits both devices.5Don't buy this item on line as you cannot return it if too smallIt was too small and I found out I could not exchange it. Bummer.1This Traction is faulty. The rubber is rotted.I ordered the first Pronex Traction and had to return because the rubber had a small hole in it. I reordered thinking this was 'one' bad product and it was just faulty. Now upon receiving the second Pronex Traction I realize this is dry rot. The rubber is coming apart. This is a product that should not be sold. I expect to be able to return because it should not have been sold. Now I have two of these that don't work.Emilie Monk1I purchased a defective deviceI received this item August 28th. For the first 2 weeks it worked great. Now the bellows don't inflated evenly so it expands more on the left side than the right side and it is causing my neck to hurt. I am outside the return window and the manufacture won't honor the warranty because it wasn't purchased directly from them.1Device does not fit many heads!My Chiropractor recommended this device to help with neck pain I have been experiencing with a pinched nerve in my neck. I had tried another neck brace that pumped up that did relieve the pressure on the nerve and helped the pain to ease, but that one started leaking air.I read some reviews that it did not fit some people, and then they were unable to return it. It does say on the plastic wrap that "Not returnable if opened". How are you going to know if it works if you don't open it up?I could not get it to work for me. I followed the instructions and pumped it up, but got no Cervical decompression. It seemed to either lift my neck out or slide up the side of my head. It was also very uncomfortable.I took it with me to my next Chiropractic appointment for him to show me what I was doing wrong. He said that some have had the same trouble and that if you put a towel down where you lay your neck, that that would help keep it tight and not sliding. We did that and he got me on it and put on the head strap. I tightened it and it did the same thing. He tried a couple of other ways to make it work, including pushing my head down during pumping, but still did not work He told me to return it, and luckily since I bought it through Amazon, I can return it!Be careful in purchasing this product! I did get the right size for my neck, and my neck was tight in it. I think even if it was working properly it is still very uncomfortable the way it pushes on your ears and side of you face.I usually don't like reviews of people that only give 1 star and think that they are just sore about something! Just be careful, and make sure you can return it if you buy it!1Love this itemLove this item. On #3 because the first one was ordered when they first came out from physical therapist. I have multi level ACDF with titanium plate and it gives relief. I have bought the last two, insurance paid for the first.2Does its job done wellI got this for my wife and she said it relieved her symptoms. This was a recommended product by a Neurosurgeon who advised trial of this one before making a decision on surgery. If this relieves symptoms well, then surgery can be avoided.5What a waste.Received a used unit despite ordering a new one. Package was already opened. The rubber neck cradle area tore within 4 months of purchasing it and the velco head tie down separated. Amazon was great in accepting a return but the original seller did not provide any warranty and Amazon told me that they had discontinued selling the product.3
