Blade is too thickDoes not work as well as the Piyo Piyo scissors. I'm not sure what it is but I think it's bc the blade is too thick which makes it difficult to put under the nail for clipping. It takes me longer to cut with these clippers than others and when you have a moving toddler, you need to work as fast as possible. 3Baby Must HaveOur baby's nails grow so fast and cut like daggers. We have used these every other day for six months and counting. Easy to maneuver for either parent and the little nail file is convenient. We don't use the magnifying portion - maybe if you had two adults tag teaming, that would help? Or failing eyesight? Not sure why that's needed, but still highly recommend the nail scissors! 5Great buy! Every new mom needs these!Easy to use wish I would have had them sooner! These little scissors are very sharp and have a little safety case With a nail file on one side. It also has the luxury of a magnifying glass if needed. Frankly, the best way to use this type of scissor is to put the cutting edge underneath the fingernail and on top of the skin; then cut the nail. These scissors are definitely worth the price. 5Baby registry mustWe have used these nail scissors since my son, now eight-years-old was an infant. I clipped his finger the first time I used infant nail clippers, and I vowed as I was holding the tissue to stop the bleeding, that I would never use the nail clippers again. We're now on our third child, and are still using these nail scissors. We lost the case years ago, and I don't remember what it looked like, but I was pleasantly surprised to see a little magnifying glass on the most recent purchase of these nail scissors. These should be in every new mom's baby registry. 5Nailed it.Confession: these were for my cat. He is polydactyl, and has a random claw that is too tucked away for normal pet nail trimmers to reach. The slim profile of these nail scissors allowed me to snip his stray claw when the others failed. He didn't flinch at all. The curved ends kept me from worrying about an accidental puncture, and this was far less than the cost of a single visit to the vet for a pro nail trim. Glad I bought them! 5
