Bittersweet, more sweet than bitter.. but not thick at allThe packaging is secure, the taste is delightful, and the lack of sugar makes it a diabetic or keto must-have if you still fancy eating pancakes, like myself. It isn't thick, mind you, but it is a good sweet-bittersweet taste, one that I've learned to appreciate after forgetting what candy tastes like after my diagnosis. One of many products I can appreciate, as it truly helps keep me sane after sugar was taken off the table.4fun package, not great tastI bought the variety pack of syrup with the strawberry, blueberry and strawberry and i tried the strawberry and the maple flavors of them both.The package is cool looking and the branding is neat also, however the tast of the syrup is very weird, not like maple at all, i beleive they just tried to mimick the tast but not actually tasting maple. but i tried it on my pancakes i made (protein pancakes homemade) and my pancakes were good, but the syrup ruined them, the taste is really sweet but it tastes like a watered down cooked sweetener.If your looking for a good sugar free alternative i would try maple grove sugar free syrup, actually tastes pretty close to real syrup because its made with the extract has sugar alcohol in it though).to top it off idk what the strawberry is supposed to taste like, but wasnt strawberry for sure.Perhaps i got a bad batch..im not sure...for the price i would say formulate your own opinion, but i personally didn't not enjoy it at all2Magical Mornings Product arrived on time and not broken as you can see in the photo.
