Between my husband being constantly in Afghanistan as well as our two sons deployments it's been hard. About 80/90 % of the time I follow a Paleo lifestyle which helps with all kinds of things health wise. I take the Homocysteine Modulator because my mama had developed dementia and was chronically low on iron and vitamin B12. I am just trying to have a quality of life and not be going to the Dr's every week throwing back pill cocktails as some do. Another thing I noticed is I am not prone to get poison oak and ivy when I take this. I have nearly died twice from that wretched nasty leaf lol!
