GreatGreat, easy to use. Found this brand in stores then we moved & couldn't find the same brand. My family said this brand is the best5Good Mix, You Can Add Some Of Your Own IngredientsThis is a good mix. I experimented with it. This is how I did it. The instructions call for egg and water. I added a beaten egg, some water, some milk and some melted butter. I mixed it to a thin consistency and poured it THIN into a hot frying pan (like a crepe) with some olive oil in the pan. Medium to Med High heat. I fried it to a golden consistency, with the edges turned golden brown. Then I turned it over carefully and cooked the other side. You can cook them to a light golden texture or cook them to a more crispy texture - as you wish. If you wish you can add cheese, diced ham, butter, sour cream or whatever. You are only limited by your imagination.4Easy to make, taste great!Almost like the real thing and a lot less work to make! I will buy these again.5The best Instant Potato Pancake MixThis is my favorite brand of ' instant' potato pancakes. I prefer to make my own from scratch but sometimes I don't have time and these are 'healthier' in that they don't contain any sulfites. So easy to prepare. I also use this mix to make a quick potato kugel. You can find recipes online for kugel using potato pancake mix.
