Full Spectrum Wild Lettuce 450 mgThis product definitely worked what it was intended for!It's maybe just a little too strong for me. Everyone's different!The recommended supplement dose is 1-2 capsules per dayand I was ok with one in the evening and very sleepy. First few nights I took one capsule of wild lettuce only, and didn't notice anything. Was expecting to completely pass out. Started taking 2 caps at 8p, and by 930p I noticed I was nodding off. With 3 caps at 8p, I would be out from 930p-5am!! No groggy or drowsy hang over either!!! Can't speak about pain benefits, but for sleep... give it a try for a few days before reviewing. I don't find it does anything for my anxiety, although I know some people use it for that. I guess you have to figure out what herbal works for the certain things bothering you, not all people react the same. Doc said it was fine to use this with my Metoprolol (heart & BP) and Amlodopene (blood pressure) and Allipurinol (gout). I can't live without it now, so I always buy the multi-pack, it's the least expensive on the web when purchased in this quantity, thanks Swanson!5
