The candy is all individually wrapped and has great flavor.5Quite the disappointment for a couple reasons...Very little real licorice flavor...just a bland sweetness. And, as I have made home made hard candies for over 50 years myself..I can say that the product was NOT cooked to the proper temperature of hard crack. I know this because properly cooked hard candy does NOT stick to dental work...while these absolutely DO stick to partials and braces...which is VERY BAD!1Fab Licorice Flavor - YUMDelicious, authentic star anise flavor. No obnoxious chemical flavor or aftertaste. If you enjoy "black licorice," you will love these!
